Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I ordered and paid for pizza & salad online. When I got to the store to pick up the order, they had the pizza on a rack. I asked for the salad and the person at the register said that they ran out of salads. I asked for a refund and they said they could not issue a refund because it was an online order. They instead wanted me to add something else to my order. They directed me to request the refund online , despite the fact that there was clearly no option to do so online. I chatted with online support and they directed me back to the store. They also did not check the order for accuracy; they did not provide dipping sauce with the monkey bread. This was a horrible instore customer experience. It should not be so difficult to get a refund for a product not received!

Yummmmy! The pizza is excellent! Super fresh and delicious. The crust was our favorite part! So flaky, airy, garlicky and just 🤤! OH MY! Baking with the take and go, My place smells so good! Will definitely be back sooner than later. Ordering online was a breeze. My boyfriend is super picky (especially about pizza), and he ate almost a whole medium pizza by himself! That says alot! Now for the crustless pizza, after cooked the amount was so small. So at regular price it was almost 19 bucks, wouldn't pay that again for such a little amount of toppings. But we will stick with the pizza. Salad lettuce was fresh.

Drove all the way out from the Noble area just to come home to my order completely messed up. 😠 I ordered a large stuff crust pizza ( which was not even stuffed crust, they gave me a regular but charged me for stuff crust ) and 2 mini Murphy kits that came like the pic below. Called up there and all I was told is that they couldnt do anything about it and I was told to cook it on the tray.... 🤔 what tray.. All I got was topping and dough wrapped in plastic. Again was pretty much told oh well. I wont ever waste my time again here.. Poor customer service and the "manager" was just as clueless as the employees.

Everyone is always so nice here. The manager is always on his game. The pizza is always good. The store is always clean. Your house will smell amazing as it is baking. If you go on the weekend, or dinnertime, take advantage of ordering online so you don't have to wait as long in the store

Drove from Tvskahoma to the Midwest city location and checked the fb etc for hours of operation got there a little before 7 pm and it was closed
